AI Coaching & Team Sessions
Most people have tried an AI tool and walked away underwhelmed. Not because the tools don't work — because no one showed them how to use it on their actual work. That's what these sessions are for.
Book a SessionAI should be changing how you study, write, research, and prepare for your career. If it isn't yet, it's not the tool — it's how you're using it.
You know AI should be saving you time. It isn't, or not enough. You need someone inside your actual work showing you where the leverage is.
I've been working with LLMs and neural networks since Frase, an AI-powered content platform — before ChatGPT existed. This isn't something I picked up last year. It's how I work, every day, across real projects.
Every session starts with something you're actually doing — a proposal, a research project, a workflow that takes too long. We don't use sample exercises. We use your work.
Two decades in tech marketing and GTM strategy means I know what good output looks like — and I know how to get AI to produce it. I've coached students and executives with the same approach: meet you where you are, build from there.
Not just asking — constructing. The difference between output you edit and output you delete.
Knowing when the AI is right, when it's plausible but wrong, and when to push further.
Brainstorming, outlining, stress-testing — not just drafting.
Prompts and workflows built around your work that you return to, not start over on.
Every session follows this pattern: you bring real work, we build a real workflow, you leave with something you use again.
Ready to stop guessing and start using AI on your actual work?
Book a single session and see what's possible. No course, no curriculum — just your work, done better.

You're not behind. You just haven't had anyone sit with you and show you how to use these tools on the things you're actually doing — papers, projects, job applications, research. That's what these sessions are for.
Use AI to brainstorm, outline, and stress-test arguments — not to write for you. The result is work that's genuinely yours and genuinely stronger.
Cut through noise faster. Use AI to summarize, compare sources, identify gaps, and get oriented in unfamiliar territory.
Resumes, cover letters, interview prep, LinkedIn — AI can sharpen all of it. We'll build templates you'll use for years.
A personal set of prompts calibrated to your major, your writing style, and how you think. You leave with something reusable.
You bring one real task — a paper, a project, a job application. We work through it together using AI tools live. You leave with output you can use and reusable prompts built around your work.
Four sessions that build real, lasting skill. Academic writing, research, career applications, and a personal prompt library you carry into your first job. One textbook costs more and teaches you less.
On-site sessions available in New Hampshire and Greater Boston. Travel fee: $50 within 30 miles · $100 beyond.

AI should be multiplying your capacity — writing, thinking, researching, communicating. If it isn't working that way yet, you don't need a course. You need someone to sit inside your actual work with you and show you where the leverage is.
Emails, proposals, presentations, social content — build AI-powered workflows that produce better output in a fraction of the time.
Competitive analysis, market research, summarizing long documents, synthesizing sources. AI does the legwork; you make the decisions.
Identify the repetitive tasks eating your time and build AI workflows that handle them consistently — without starting from scratch every time.
A custom set of prompts built around your role, your voice, and your workflow. The difference between someone who uses AI and someone who has made it work for them.
You bring one real task or workflow. We work through it together live. You leave with output you can use immediately and reusable prompts built around your work.
Four focused sessions that build real, lasting skill. Prompting with intention. Evaluating output critically. Applying AI to your specific workflows. By week four you have a personal prompt library and a system that fits how you actually work.
Not a presentation, not a demo. We identify your highest-leverage use cases, build AI workflows together in real time, and you leave with a prompt sheet and three clear next steps. Add a written playbook for $500.
On-site sessions available in New Hampshire and Greater Boston. Travel fee: $50 within 30 miles · $100 beyond. Additional participants beyond 4: $150 each.
Sometimes you don't need coaching — you need someone with deep AI experience to work alongside you on a particular challenge. A workflow that needs to be built. A process that needs to be rethought. A specific problem that needs solving. We define the scope together, I do the work with you, and you leave with something finished — not just a session's worth of progress.

You're running everything — the customers, the emails, the social media, the proposals, the operations. AI should be taking things off your plate. If it isn't yet, you don't need a course. You need someone to sit inside your actual work with you and show you where the time is being lost.
Solo owners who wear every hat and need AI to multiply what they can get done in a day.
Small teams of 2–5 people who want to work smarter without adding headcount.
Emails, follow-ups, responses to reviews, FAQs. Build templates and workflows that sound like you and take a fraction of the time.

You don't need a big budget or a tech team. You need the right tools and someone to show you how to use them on your actual work.

I've spent 20 years working in tech marketing and GTM strategy — long enough to have watched the internet go from novelty to infrastructure, and to recognize when something is genuinely different. AI is genuinely different.
I'm not a researcher or an academic. I'm a daily practitioner — someone who uses these tools every day across real work: strategic planning, writing, research, operations, client communications. I know where they're remarkable and where they fall flat, because I've pushed them hard on both sides of that line.
I've also worked extensively with college students — coaching, mentoring, helping them find their footing in unfamiliar territory. That combination — deep technical fluency and the ability to meet someone where they actually are — is what makes these sessions work.
What I've found is that most people don't fail with AI because the tools are bad. They fail because no one ever sat with them and showed them how to use it on their actual work. That's a solvable problem. That's what I do.

A one-on-one working session where we use AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or both — on your actual work. You bring a real task. We build prompts together, test the output, and refine until the results are genuinely useful. You leave with reusable workflows, not just a conversation.
Professionals, small business owners, college students, and high school students. Anyone who wants to use AI tools more effectively on real work — not just experiment with them.
I've been working with large language models and neural networks since my time at Frase — an AI-powered content platform — before ChatGPT made any of this mainstream. I've spent 20 years in tech marketing and GTM strategy, using AI daily across real projects.
No. Most clients have never written a line of code and never will. If you can describe what you need in plain language, you have everything required.
Primarily ChatGPT and Claude. Both are large language models — AI systems that generate text based on your input. I'll recommend the right tool for your use case, or we'll work with whichever you already have access to.
No. There are no recorded lectures, no modules, no certificates. Every session is live, one-on-one, and built around whatever you're working on that day. It's a practice, not a curriculum.
60 to 75 minutes. We spend the first ten minutes reviewing your intake form and setting a clear goal. The bulk of the time is working together inside the AI tool on your actual task. The last ten minutes are for takeaways and next steps.
A Single Session is a standalone working hour — good for solving a specific problem or getting a real sense of whether AI coaching is useful for you. The Foundations Sprint is four sessions over four weeks that build lasting skill: prompting with intention, evaluating output critically, and applying AI to your specific workflows.
Sessions are held over Zoom with screen sharing. You share your screen and we work together in real time. It's not a presentation or a demo — you're building alongside me. On-site sessions are available in New Hampshire and Greater Boston.
A real task. Something you're actually working on — a document you're drafting, a project you're planning, a workflow you want to streamline. The more specific, the more useful the session.
That's what the intake form is for. Your answers help me identify the best starting point. If you're truly unsure, I'll pick a task based on your role and we'll go from there.
Complete the intake form before we meet. Be logged into the AI tool you want to use. Have your screen ready to share. If you want to send a document or workflow in advance, email it to hello@searchtanya.com.
Yes. Sessions for high school students focus on academic use cases: brainstorming, outlining, studying, test prep, and learning to evaluate AI output critically. The goal is to build a thinking skill, not a shortcut.
No. That's not what this is. We build prompts that help you think more clearly, organize your ideas, and improve your own writing. You do the work. AI helps you do it better.
Yes. We can use AI to brainstorm essay angles, draft outlines, refine your resume, and practice interview questions. The voice and the content stay yours — AI helps with structure and feedback.
Every student should know their school's AI policy. In our sessions, AI is used as a research, brainstorming, and editing tool. I teach students to use AI to sharpen their thinking — not to replace it.
Marketing directors, agency founders, consultants, project managers, researchers, executives, solopreneurs, and small business owners. Anyone whose work involves writing, communication, research, or strategy.
Yes. The AI Working Session is a half-day working session for up to four people — on-site or over Zoom. We identify your highest-leverage use cases, build AI workflows together in real time, and you leave with a prompt sheet and three clear next steps.
That's not the framing I use. AI handles first drafts, routine analysis, and repetitive writing tasks. Your expertise, judgment, and relationships are what make the output useful. The professionals who thrive are the ones who learn to use AI as a tool — not compete with it.
Pricing is on the Students, Professionals, and Small Business pages. Single Sessions and Foundations Sprints are priced by audience. Team sessions are priced separately.
Through the contact form, or email hello@searchtanya.com directly. Once we confirm a time, you'll receive an intake form and a booking confirmation with everything you need to prepare.
